This year in the field of litigation the priority issue for "ZELDA" is the renewal of legal capacity. Currently "ZELDA" represents in Court two institutionalised clients with mental disabilities. Both of them currently live at half-way house and both are recognized as eligible for community-based residential program (group home). Although both clients have all the necessary skills for independent life, they will not able to leave social care institution, if Court will not renew their legal capacity.
